Thank you for choosing Artlines. We appreciate your business and understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Digital Products:
Refunds: All sales of digital items are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
Physical Products (e.g., Jerseys):
Refunds: There are no refunds on pre-order items. All sales of pre-order items are final. In-stock items may be returned if unworn and in original, brand-new condition.
Exchanges: Pre-order items and in-stock items can be exchanged for a replacement item or shop credit if:
- The item is unworn.
- The item is in its original, brand-new condition..
- You initiate the exchange process within 14 days of receiving the product.
Exchange Process for Digital Products:
1. Please email us at artlinesgraphicdesign@gmail.com
2. In the email, provide your order number and the reason for exchange.
3. We will review your exchange request and provide further instructions.
4. Ensure the product is in its wrong download file. Any products received that are not in the condition described in the initial exchange request may not qualify for an exchange.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In such cases, Artlines will cover the return shipping expenses.
We aim to process all exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Design Services Refund Policy
Refunds for Completed Design Work: If you have ordered a design project and the work has already been completed, refunds will not be provided. Our design team invests time and effort into creating customized designs according to your specifications.
Requesting a Refund/Cancellation of a Design Project
If you wish to request a refund or cancellation for a design project that has not been completed, please follow these steps:

2. In the email, briefly explain the reason for your refund/cancellation request.
